The 2017 Maker Faire Milwaukee, a FREE, family-friendly event, will be held September 23 and 24 at Wisconsin State Fair Park.
Location: Maker Faire® Milwaukee will take place at State Fair Park’s Wisconsin Exposition Center, 8200 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI 53214
Hours: Saturday, September 23rd – 10 a m.-7 p.m. and Sunday, September 24th – 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Maker Faire® Milwaukee, is a family-friendly event that welcomes makers – tech enthusiasts, artists, inventors, crafters, educators, tinkerers and hobbyists of all ages – to exhibit their work and share their knowledge and skills with other makers and with the community. Maker Faire also showcases the Maker Movement, a growing global community of do-it-yourselfers that is pushing the boundaries of creativity, product development and manufacturing through technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Over 100 makers will be featured at Maker Faire Milwaukee along with family-friendly activities, hands-on experiments, crafts for makers of all ages, and opportunities to work with tools and technology.
