MAKER FAIRE® MILWAUKEE
September 23 & 24, 2017
Maker Faire Milwaukee is a free, family-friendly event that welcomes makers – tech enthusiasts, inventors, crafters, educators, tinkerers and hobbyists of all ages – to exhibit their work and share their knowledge and skills with the community and other makers. The event is co-hosted by the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and the Milwaukee Makerspace in collaboration with MAKE magazine, and is sponsored by Brady Corporation. Held at Wisconsin State Fair Park on the same weekend as Harvest Fair, Maker Faire Milwaukee offers something for visitors of every age. Learn more.

The Gala is the Museum’s most important annual fundraiser. Proceeds from this adults-only event support the Museum’s educational mission, including free parenting education, admission, membership, field trips, transportation assistance programs and events that benefit more than 80,000 children and adults each year. Celebrate the fall season with plenty of Halloween fun created especially for young children at the Museum’s popular Not-So-Scary Halloween, presented by Sendik’s Food Markets. Receive goodies at Treat Stops (with or without a costume!), and enjoy spooktacular activities and fun throughout the Museum. The event is free for Museum members and free with regular paid admission for non-members. MakeShift is an adults-only event series hosted in the Museum’s Be A Maker space. Join us to learn new skills, experiment with tools and technology, and meet creative people.
