Betty BOO’s Spooktacular

October 30 and 31
The Museum is turning into a not-so-scary haunt created especially for young children. Take a ride on our ghost train, become a mad scientist in the Be A Maker space, boogie down in our dance party and visit with Birdy Brinn. We would love to see your costumes!
Advanced reservations are required for this event. We are unable to accommodate walk-up member tickets or general admission sales.

Masks are required for all visitors age 3 and up. Food/drink is not allowed in the Museum and the Museum will not be offering candy trick-or-treating.

WaterStone Bank Day

December 17
Join us for WaterStone Bank Day for activities all about earning, saving, spending and sharing. Families can play in our pretend bank and learn about financial literacy. For added fun, each child gets a fun takeaway for at-home learning. Free with regular admission.

Weekly Programs

Tot Time

Thursdays @ 10:30 a.m.
Jump in to Tot Time for stories, crafts and more! We will pretend play, be creative and try something new. This program is great for early literacy, motor skills, problem-solving and social-emotional development. Free with regular admission. Preregistration is not required. Recommended for children age 4 and younger.

Noise Parade

Saturdays and Sundays @ 11:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.
Let’s make some noise! Come play one-of-a-kind instruments, clackers, jingles and shakers. Dress in silly costumes and get ready for the show! Free with regular admission. Preregistration is not required.

Music Makers

October 8 and 22 @ 2 p.m.
What is music? Noise? Sound? We will explore these ideas and more through listening experiments, instrument play, songs and motion! Free with regular admission. Preregistration is not required.

Be A Maker: SPOOK-tober

October
October is here and we are ready to become mad scientists in the Be A Maker space! All month long we will make festive decor, experiment with spooky sounds and design costumes. Join us October 14 and 15 for National Chemistry Week activities.
